Office of Administration DESIGNATION OF OFFICIALS FOR SECURITY-RELATED ADVERSE ACTIONS I n a memorandum dated October 22, 2015, Victor Mccree, Executive Direc t or for Operations, delegated authority to the Director, Office of Administration, to designate proposing and deciding officia l s for a ll security-related adverse actions. Accordingly, I designate the Branch Chief, Personnel Security Branch (PSB), to be the proposing official for all actions taken pursuant to 5 U.S.C. Chapter 75 associated with the suspension and/or revocation of employee access authorization (national security clearance) and employment clearance.

Further, I designate the Director, Division of Facilities and Security, to be the deciding official for all actions taken pursuant to 5 U.S.C. Chapter 75 associated with the suspension and/or revocation of employee access au t horization (nationa l security clearance) and employment clearance.
