This report to the NRC is being made due to thefact that a report to the National Marine Fisheries Service was made at 1620 hours0.0188 days <br />0.45 hours <br />0.00268 weeks <br />6.1641e-4 months <br /> in accordance withthe site Incidental Take Statement. Additionally, a report to New Jersey Department of EnvironmentalProtection was also made at 1630 hours0.0189 days <br />0.453 hours <br />0.0027 weeks <br />6.20215e-4 months <br />. The sturgeon was deceased prior to collection."The unit was at 95% Power both before and after the event.Notified R1DO (Jackson) and the Endangered Species Group via email.
