This walkdown was perormed to the extent possble. Intonals were Inspected and no adverse seismic conditions were found. Anchorage verification was unable to be pedormed due to a bottom cover plate that can not be removed without racking out breakers.
Therefore, this item will be considered Inaccessable.
Item will be removed from the SWEL and this SWC will be included In the final report to document Internals Inspection.
