which implements, by reference, the AmericanSociety of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section XI, 2001Edition with 2003 Addenda.The following summary report is being submitted pursuant to the reporting requirements ofASME Section XI as amended by ASME Code Case N-532-4.This summary report contains the Form OAR-I Owner's Activity Report and Tables 1 and 2 ofthe Code Case for Duane Arnold Energy Center during Cycle 24 and Refueling Outage No. 24(RF024).
Delamination found on the Torus was evaluated for continued service underCondition Evaluation 2003574-02.
RF024 is the first outage of the third period in the fourthinspection interval.
This report includes Repair/Replacement Activities from November 27, 2012to November 25, 2014.
