In Reference 1, NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC (NextEra) submitted an application for a renewed facility operating license for Seabrook Station Unit 1 in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 10, Parts 50, 51, and 54.In Reference 2 the staff of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission identified, areas where additional information is needed to complete the review of the license renewal application.
The original submittal date was set at November 30, 2015.Following a NextEra teleconference on November 23, 2015 with Mr. T. M. Tran, NRC Project Manager, License Renewal it was agreed that the submittal date of November 30, 2015 would be changed to December 4, 2015 to accommodate completing supporting vendor documentation and internal technical and legal reviews associated with proprietary submittals.
