Note that Attachment 1 of the Enclosure contains proprietary information, Attachment 2 of the Enclosure provides the proprietary response, and Attachment 3 of the Enclosure provides an Affidavit supporting the proprietary nature of information contained in Attachment 1. The original no significance hazards evaluation bounds the RAI response. This letter contains no new or revised regulatory commitments.
