In Reference 2, NextEra Energy Seabrook provided the eighth annual review, which identified changes to the Current Licensing Basis (CLB) of the facility that materially affected the content of the License Renewal Application (LRA). Upon discussion with the NRC staff, NextEra Energy Seabrook agreed to revise a portion of the updated information in order to align with NUREG-1801 GALL Rev. 2. The Enclosure provides additional changes to the LRA. To facilitate understanding, the changes are explained, and where appropriate, portions of the LRA are repeated with the change highlighted by strikethroughs for deleted text and balded italics for inserted text.
