Withdrawal of License Amendment Request from October 30, 2018 and Amendment to License Amendment Request from November 5, 2018 Mr. Balazik: This letter serves as a request to withdraw our license amendment request dated October 30, 2018, as well as a request to amend the letter dated November 5, 2018. The letter from October 30, 2018 regarded a license amendment request in order to receive a 20/20 Instrumented Fuel Element from UC Davis. This amendment request is no longer required as we will be receiving a 30/20 IFE from Pennsylvania State University. | |||
This will not require a change to the possession limit for the R-106 license, thus we would like to withdraw that license amendment request. The letter from November 5, 2018 needs two small changes. Sections 3.2.2 and 3.2.3 have a footnote (3) which says " ... and if precluded, should be considered removed from this table." We are requesting to change these footnotes to " ... and if precluded, shall be considered removed from this table." I hereby affirm, state, and declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct. Executed on: 11/26/18 If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
