DPR-31 and DPR-41 Special Nuclear Material Reports Pursuant to 10 CFR 74.13 and 10 CFR 74.15, Florida Power and Light Company (FPL)is submitting the nuclear material status reports for Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 covering the period from April 1, 2012 to March 31, 2013. Attachments 1 and 2 to this letter contain a printed listing of the data contained on the disc and a completed disc transmittal form for Turkey Point Units 3 and 4, respectively.
By copy of this letter, two computer discs (one for each unit) that contain the report information in computer-readable format in accordance with NMMSS Report D-24 are being sent to the U.S. Department of Energy.The attachments and enclosures contain information or records concerning FPL's accounting program for special nuclear material.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1), it is requested that the attachments and enclosures be withheld from public disclosure since they contain security-related information.
