July 13, 2010 CLOSED MEETING NOTICE Organization: MAINE YANKEE Date and Time: Wednesday, July 21, 2010 10:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m. Location: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Region I 475 Allendale Road King of Prussia, PA 19406-1415 Division of Nuclear Materials Conference Room Purpose: This is a meeting between Maine Yankee, Nuclear Security and Incident Response (NSIR), and NRC Region 1 staff to discuss an exemption request from the requirements of 10 CFR 73.55(e)(1) that require the central alarm station at the Maine Yankee Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation must be located within the protected area. Safeguards information will be discussed at this meeting.
