Reference 2 dated September 6, 2012 transmitted the ninth Request for Additional Information (RAI) related to our application.

Enclosure 1 contains Ameren Missouri's responses to the individual requests contained in the September 6, 2012 RAI. Enclosure 2 contains LRA Amendment 11 to reflect changes made as a result of the RAI responses for Set 9.
