Please find enclosed 60 copies and 3 originals of Amendment No. 31 to the Waterford 3 FSAR.
This amendment includes additional information concerning the completed evalu-l        ation of combined effects of SSE and LOCA asymmetric loads on the fuel; revisions l        reflecting the results of the revised ECCS Analysis submitted to the NRC via Reference 1; revisions to Part VIII of Section 9.5.1 (Fire Protection) contain-ing the Fire Area by Fire Area evaluations, which incorporates information previously submitted to the NRC; revisions to Section 11.4 reflecting changes made to the solid waste management in response to NRC concerna; new Appendix 15C to address the evaluation of small Main Steam and Feedwater line breaks, previously submitted via Reference 2.
