In our response we stated that the cable rework associated with NCR E85-101983 would be completed by July 1,1987. In Reference (5) we stated that, due to a conflict with Unit 1 switchgear rework, the completion date for NCR E85-101983 cable rework was extended to September 1, 1987.
During the rework process, deficiencies (unrelated to those described in the NOV) were noted on some of the cables. As a result of these deficiencies, the rework of approximately 10 of the 160 cables was incomplete as of September 1, 1987. Our completion date for the cable rework associated with NCR E85-101983 (which has been transferred to NCR CE-87-7481) is therefore revised to be October 1, 1987. This matter was discussed with Mr. P. Wagner and Mr. I.
