1 Gentlemen:
The referenced letter provided our responses to Notice of Violation items C.1 and C.2 (446/8622-V-06 and 446/8622-V-07). In Section 4 (Date When Full Compliance Will Be Achieved) of our response, we stated that the conversion of previously used documents to appropriate corrective action documents would be completed by July 1, 1987. The conversion of documents was actually completed on July 2, 1987. This matter was discussed with Mr. C. Hale of your office on July 15, 1987.
