==Dear Mr. Johnson:==

On September 6,1985, we verbally notified your Mr. C. Gould of a deficiency regarding the adequacy of conduit supports to perform their intended design functions. This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provision of 10CFR50.55(e). We have submitted interim reports logged TXX-4571 and TXX-4681, dated September 30, 1985, and January 31, 1986, respec-tively.
This issue is related to CP-85-19, Conduit Support Spans. Both issues are being evaluated under CPRT Program Plan Item VIII, which is currently scheduled for completion in September,1986. Since the last status report all electrical raceway items (trays, conduits, supports) have been consolidated under the scope of Ebasco Services.
We are continuing our evaluation and anticipate submitting our next report by October 21, 1986.
