==Dear Mr. Johnson:==

On September 18, 1985, we verbally notified your Mr. T. Westerman of a deficiency involving the installation of conduit to equipment which may not be as specified'per design documents. This is an interim report of a poten-tially reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e). We have sub-mitted interim reports logged TXX-4589 and TXX-4615, dated October 10, 1985, and November 7, 1985, respectively. This issue has been expanded in scope to review flexibility problems associated with the equipment and raceway interface.
We are continuing our evaluation and anticipate completion of our final report by May 23, 1986.
