==Dear Mr. Johnson:==

Reference 2 above stated that the response to Appendix B (Notice of Deviation) of Reference 1 would be forthcoraing by December 11, 1985. Due to planning and participating in NRC audits in the Design Adequacy and Quality of Construction areas and responding to the NRC comments on the CPRT Program Plan, we have not been able to conclude our investigation of your findings. Consequently, our response to the Notice of Deviation will not be submitted until January 15, 1986.
