In addition to providing responses to questions concerning Westingnouse Improved Tnermal Design Procedures, which have ocen used only for Coinancne Peak Unit 2, the attached responses provide justification for a reduced flow meter measurement uncertainty value. This                       value and justification are applicaole to both Comanche Peak Units 1 and 2.
This submittal contains proprietary information of Westinghouse Electric Corporation. In conformance with the requirements of 10 CFR Section 2./90, as amended, of the Commission's regulations, we are enclosing with this submittal an application for withholding from public disclosure by the Commission.
