NRC Order EA-20-103, Issuance of Order for Implementation of Additional Security Measures and Fingerprinting for Unescorted Access at the Three Mile Island Generating Station Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation, dated August 27, 2020 Pursuant to NRC Order EA-20-103 (Reference), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) is submitting the 20-day response required by Sections III.B and III.C of the Order.
In accordance with provisions of III.B Exelon does not seek any relief from, variation of, or has identified any adverse impact of any specific requirement in Attachments 1 and 2 of the Order.
To satisfy the requirements of III.C of the order Exelon proposes the following schedule.
By January 29, 2021, Exelon will provide the NRC with a detailed response to Attachments 1 and 2 of the order and will include the revised Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, associated analysis, and supporting documentation. In addition, all physical modifications to support the revised security plan will be completed by May 31, 2021.
