Wunder Letter dated October 17,1994, RC-94-0271 South Carolina Electric and Gas Company (SCE&G)is submitting an administrative change to the previously submitted Technical Specification (TS) change request dated October 17,1994 (reference above). This supplement is to revise the bases page that is included in this change request and is a result of the issuance TS Amendment 118. This prop adm,osed     change inistrative         has been evaluated and determined to be non-significant and in nature.
This submittal does not affect the previously submitted Safety Evaluation or No                                                 ,
Significant Hazards Determination. This submittal does not supersede the previous                                               i submittal (referenced above). To prevent confusion, all of the revised TS pages are included but only Bases page 3/4 3-3 is affected by this administrative change.
