South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G), acting for itself and as an agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority, is providing a notification of an intended change to a commitment date. Specifically, SCE&G committed to submitting a License Amendment Request (LAR) to revise Technical Specifications within one year following Technical Specifications Task Force (TSTF)-523 approval. Instead, SCE&G will submit the LAR by September 30, 2015.
The timeliness of submitting the LAR to support the original commitment date has been entered in to the station's corrective action program as CR-15-00513. The revised regulatory commitment is attached.
