==Dear Sir or Madam:==

On December 31, 2007, NRC license NPP-47 for River Bend Station, Unit 1 ("River Bend")
was transferred from Entergy Gulf States, Inc. ("EGS") to Entergy Gulf States Louisiana L.L.C.(EGS-LA). Entergy Operations, Inc. ("EOI") remained the licensed operator.
At the time of the transfer, the following licensing requests and other submittals were pending before the NRC:
NRC TAC # Subject MD   4961     Control Room filter heater MD   4371     GL 07-01 on inaccessible cable MD   6493     Grid security review and closure MD   7380     Fuel oil storage tank cleaning SR removal MD   7521     RR PRR 2007-1 ten year IST program These submittals were filed by EOI on its own behalf and on behalf of EGS. By this letter, EOI, on its own behalf and on behalf of the new licensee, EGS-LA, adopts and endorses any outstanding licensing requests filed on behalf of EGS, and requests that the NRC continue to process those requests as if they had been filed, by the new licensee, EGS-LA.
There are no commitments in this letter.
