Discus-sions with m mbers of the NRC Staff on May 31, 1985 and June 5, 1985 identified inaccuracies in the PSI Plan's Relief Prx]uests which required clarification and/or changes. Therefore, the enclosed relief requests reflect the discussions held and represent the ten PSI relief requests   k. m n to date. To aid document reviewers, relief requests for Class 1 systems are contained at the end of Appendix                                         C,   while those for Class 2 systes are at the end of Appendix D.                                            Should a relief request apply to both classes, it is included in both appendi-ces.
