Issuance of the Core Operating Limits Report for Cycle 26, Revision 11 Enclosed is a copy of the Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) for Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (OCNGS), Cycle 26, Revision 11. Revision 11 of this report incorporates the revised cycle specific operating limitations from the new core configuration implemented during the OCNGS refueling outage.
This COLR is being submitted to the NRC in accordance with OCNGS Technical Specifications (TS) Section 6.9.1.f. 4.
