Pursuant to License Commitment Number 6 in Perry FSAR Appendix 1B, CEI is submitting the 10-Year Inservice Ir:spection (ISI) Program Plan for the Perry Nuclear Power Plant (PNPP), Unit 1.              This document delineates the components subject to inspection and examination during the first inspection interval (120 months duration) for Unit 1, with the exception of pump and valve testing. The ISI Program Plan complies with 10 CFR 50.55a and Section XI of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
We are including an application fee of $150.00 in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12.
