C.          20555 Perry Nuclear Power Plant Docket Nos. 50-440; 50-441 SER Confirmatory Issue No.15 Preservice Inspection Program Dear Mr. Youngblood This letter and its attachments are provided in response to the Perry Nucicar Power Plant (PNPP) SER Confirmatory Issue No. 15, regarding the PNPP Preservice Inspection (PSI) Program.
The attached PSI Program Plan, Revision 3, 4, and 5 incorporates our deletion of the exclusion of pipe greater than 3.0 inches in diameter. Also attached is the reactor pressure vessel (RPV) section of the PSI Program, which completes the PSI Program submittals to the staff.
Af ter esaminations are performed, specific cases where the code requirements cannot be met will be identified and supporting technical justification will be provided to the staff.
One copy of the PSI Program Plan, Revision 3, and the RPV Section of the PSI Program has also been sent to Mr. Boyd Brown of EG6G Idaho.                         If you have any questions, please call.
