* international, LLC (HDI), is submitting on behalf of Holtec Palisades, LLC, Revision 20 to the Palisades Nuclear Plant (PNP) Physical Security Plan (PSP). The Enclosure* contains a description and basis for each change included in PSP Revision 20. Revision 20 of the PSP is provided as an Attachment to the Enclosure. * *..
The changes made to the PSP were analyzed as required by 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2). The
* analyses concluded that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the PSP.
Accordingly, this revision is submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2). .
Information contained in the Enclosure to this document has been classified as Safeguards information. Therefore, HDI requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.22, Protection            pt Safef;?uards Information: Specific Requirements.
