     .On December 1, 1985 at 10:21 AM (PST), during a load rejection test at 40% power level,
     'tha automatic steam generator level control system responded sluggishly causing a high etccm generator-level followed by a turbine trip and then a reactor trip. The plant racponded normally and the licensee planned to restart later on December 1,1985. No ocfcty injection or emergency core cooling systems activated.
