DECLARATION OF UNUSUAL EVENT 9
Sh:rtly after 4:00 am, PDT, on July 11, 1985, the ligensee discovered unidentified leakage from the reactor coolant system of approximately 1.36 CPM and entered a.four hour action etctement. At 8:24 am, PDT, the licensee declared an unusual event when the leakage still could not be identified, and began making preparations to shut down the reactor within the r: quired six hours. The licensee is continuing to search for the source of the Icakage and th0 resident inspectors are following the licensee's actions.
