UNIS0LABLE REACTOR COOLANT LEAK At approximately 4:30 ata (PDT), June 23,1985, the licensee reported an unisolable 20 gpm racetor coolant leak. The plant was in hot shutdown at NOP and NOT. The leak was'due to a cracked weld in a one inch diameter high point vent line from the reactor coolant cystem. The plant was cooled down and depressurized to stop the leakage. There was no                .h parconnel contamination or radioactive release from the reactor building. The licensee cccured from the unusual event at approximately 6:30 pm (PDT). Approximately 16,000 gallons 4 wra released from the leak.
