;             The licensee reporte<1 that leakage f rom the 10" diameter corc spray piping inside the dryvel wrs detected while performing a visual inspection on September 2,1980. The inspaction revealed two wcldr. on the "A" loop as havin6 scepage and one weld ou Lhe "E"                   loop au having i             a visihie crack approximataly t/4" inng.         All of these defects are lu welds unwouluted w1Lh Lhe Lirst elbow upstream of the safe end as shown on the attached sketches.
