Unit 1 TS 3.4.6.2 limits up.dentified leakage to.                                                     J 1 gpm. At 0529, the licensee declared an unusual event. At 0630, another leakage calculation indicated a leakrate of apprpimaAely 1.8 gpm. Because the most recent leakage data and the results of the containmen't inspection, the licensee has commenced a normal shutdown of the reactor. -The Res %snt s
