POSITIVE FITNESS FOR''0UTY (FFD) DRUG TEST On August 14, 1990, the licensee reported that a licensed Reactor Onerator-(RO), who was in a training status for Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) upgrade, tested positive              ;
for marijuana as the result of a random FFD test.        The R0 was selected and gave a        -!
specimen on August 9, 1990. The licensee's Medical Review Officer;(MRO) received the              j test results on August 14, 1990. Having reviewed the test results and conferred with the RO in question, the MR0 confirmed the test results.
The RO's unescorted site access was suspended for 14 days on August 14, 1990.          The licensee entered the R0 in its Employee Assistance Program.                                       J The State of New York will be notified,                                                      -
