UNPLANNED SCRAM AND STEAM LINE ISOLATION 4
About 9:00 a.m., November 20, the reactor- scrammed from 70 per cent power. due
              'to a main turbine trip. The turbine had tripped due to a main generator trip-on  'B' phase generator fault ~ indication. After the scram, the Main Steam Lines isolated. Operators manually initiated the isolation condenser to remove
!.           -decay. heat and used feedwater to control reactor level. No abnormal releases of: radioactivity occurred.               The licensee is placing the plant in cold shutdown and investigating the causes of the' generator fault indication and the steam line isolation. The resident inspectors observed control room response actions and will follow-up on licensee evaluations.
