The Reactor Safety Study liethodology Applications Program (RSSf!AP) report has been completed, for Calvert Cliffs Unit 2, by our consultant, Sandia National Laboratories. A copy of the final report, NUREG/CR-1659/3 of 4, is enclosed. The NRC intends to prepare a Safety Evaluation Report (SER) based upon the enclosed RSSilAP report and information from other sources.
