Allocation." Submittal of this WCAP closes DSER OITS items 1323 through 1337, 2465,

Westinghouse activities related to NUREG 0711 Element 3 are complete.
3                       WCAP-14651, Revision 1, " Integration of Iluman Reliability Analysis with Human Factors Engineering Design Implementation Plan." Submittal of this WCAP closes DSER open items 1338,1339, and 1348 through 1353. This completes Westinghouse activities related to NUREG 0711 Elements 4 and 6.
-              WCAP-14645, Revision 1, " Human Factors Engineering Operating Experience Review Report for the AP600 Nuclear Power Plant" is being revised and will be submitted by October 18, 1996. Submittal of this WCAP will close DSER OITS items 1316 through 1322 and 2063.
