(ENO) is reporting, pursuant to Technical                     Inspection 12   Inservice the Steam Generator (SG) tubes plugged following the Refuel Outage                                 identified 12,   2003, (0SI) of SG at Indian Point 3 Nuclear Power Plant. The ISI, completed April additional details twelve tubes that were plugged.
