By reference letter 1, PSEG Nuclear LLC (PSEG) submitted revised 2003 Annual Dose Reports for the Salem and Hope Creek Generating Stations, in accordance with Technical Specifications (TS) 6.9.1.5.a of Appendix A to Facility Operating Licenses Nos. DPR-70, DPR-75, and NPF-57 to correct the 2003 data on the number of station, utility, and other personnel receiving exposures greater than 100 mrem/year and the collective exposures according to work and job function.
Subsequent to that submittal, the Annual Dose Reports for 1998 through 2002 were reviewed for the same formatting error. PSEG determined that the the 1998 and 1999 Annual Dose Reports are correct; however, the reports for 2000, 2001, and 2002 were subject to the same formatting error. Enclosures 1, 2, and 3 provide the corrected information for 2000 through 2002.

These revised dose reports supercede and correct the earlier dose reports transmitted by reference letters 2, 3, and 4.
The original data transmittal letters included additional information pursuant to the requirements of TS 6.9.1.5.b and 6.9.1.5.c of Appendix A to Facility Operating Licenses Nos. DPR-70 and DPR-75 as well as 6.9.1.5.b of Appendix A to Facility Operating License No. NPF-57. This information is correct and need not be resubmitted.
