Submittal of Revision 2 to the Fort CalhQun Station (FCS), Physical Security Plan (PSP) and Revision 3 of the FCS Protective Strategy The Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) hereby provides the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) with a copy of Revision 2 to the FCS Physical Security Plan (PSP) and Revision 3 to the FCS Protective Strategy (Safeguards Contingency Plan).
Revision 2 of the PSP incorporated organizational changes to align with the decom.missioning organization, updates to the minimum number of Armed Responders and Armed Security Officers, physical site configuration changes within the Owner Controlled Area, and the correction of grammatical errors.
Revision 3 of the FCS Protective Strategy incorporates changes to the minimum number of Armed Responders and Armed Officers. Multiple supporting documents to help illustrate the changes made to the Protective Strategy are included with this submittal. The changes were evaluated and do not reduce the effectiveness of the FCS PSP. A change table is not included for Revision 3 of the FCS Protective Strategy with this submittal. Revision 3 of the FCS Protective Strategy is considered to be a complete rewrite.
