Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. I and No. 2 BV-1 Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-66 BV-2 Docket No. 50-412, License No. NPF-73 Change in Scheduled Completion Date for Commitment By {{letter dated|date=January 9, 1998|text=letter dated January 9,1998}}, Duquesne Light Company (DLC) provided a response to Violation 50-334/97-08-04. In this letter, DLC committed to conduct an effectiveness review of the corrective actions taken in response to the violation, throughout the first half of 199? inclusive of the Unit 2 Seventh Refueling Outage (2R07) completion. This review was sc-duled to be completed by June 30,1998.
Since 2R07 has been rescheduled to the fall of 1998, the schedule for the completion of the effectiveness review has also been revised to 30 days after the completion of 2R07.
Please note that NRC Inspection Report 50-334(412)/98-01, Section R8.2 documented the review and closure of the subject violation.
