As requested by NRC {{letter dated|date=September 9, 1987|text=letter dated September 9,1987}}, Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) has changed the Physical Security Plan to return equipment designations #10, # 12, and #28 to the vital equipment list. Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p), a report describing the change and three copies are attached. FPL is evaluating whether to pursue a change under 10 CFR 50.90 or to harden the equipment. FPL will maintain the compensatory measures associated with the equipment until the final disposition has been completed. The revised pages will be incorporated in the next revision to the plan.
The attached material contains safeguards information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21, its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.             Therefore, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(a)(3), the attachment is exempt from public disclosure.
