1 The Authority provided a Technical Specification (TS) Amendment proposal (Reference 1) to the NRC for the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant regarding revisions to the Allowed Outage Times (AOTs) for single inoperable Emergency Diesel Generators EDGs.                      l The Authority is submitting a change to the original proposal, requesting a 14 day AOT for                4 an EDG system.

Attachment I contains the revised proposed TS Amendment pages and Attachment 11 is the                   i revised safety evaluation. Due to the proposed change, TS pages 216 and 218 no longer require revision. A revised
       , safety. evaluation for this scope change has been performed. The conclusions in this safety evaluation does not change the conclusions in the reference 1 safety evaluation.
