As required by reference (1) and committed to by reference (2), a visual and functional test of safety-related mechanical snubbers was performed during Fit:: Patrick's recent refueling outage in accordance with the proposed technical specifications submitted by reference (3). Enclosure (1) summarizes the results of the satisfactory visual exams and enclosure (2) are copics of the satisfactory functional test results performed by Wyle Laboratories.

  'O The list of mechanical snubbers in enclosure (1) differs slightly from the table provided in reference (3) due to the addition of one additional unit and a renumbering of existing units for clarity. A charige to reference (3) to update the table of mechanical snubbers will be submitted by August 1, 1982.
