Investigations' report (Case No. 1-84-014) regarding harassment of quality I            assurance auditors at Nine Mile Point Unit 2.
Copies of this requested report and the accompanying exhibits have been made i '          available for public inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) in Washington, DC 20555. These records are filed in the PDR docket file for the Nine Mile Point plant. We understand that you have obtained a copy of the report. Therefore, we are taking no further action on your request.                    In the event you may be interested in obtaining copies of any j'           of the exhibits, we are enclosing a copy of the notice that provides procedures for obtaining copies of records at the PDR.

Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, DC 20555, and should clearly state on the envelope and in the letter that it is an " Appeal from an Initial F0IA Decision." We note in this regard that there is a pending lawsuit, Ryan v. Nuclear Reaulatory Commission, D.D.C. 86-1553, regarding the release of the OI report and exhibits.
