Unit 2 Cycle 13 Core Operatinz Limits Report                              i Gentlemen:
By Amendment 168 to the Unit 1 Technical S' pecifications, and Amendment 106 to the Unit 2 Technical Specifications, the NRC authorized relocation of certain fuel-related limits from the Technical Specifications to the adjunct Core Operating Limits Report (COLR). This letter transmits an information copy ofRevision 2 to the COLR for Hatch Unit 1 Cycle 16. Revision 2 consists of changes to Figure 4-3 as a result of a mid-cycle             ,
evaluation performed by the fuel vendor. Additionally, this letter transmits an information copy of the COLR for Hatch Unit 2 Cycle 13.
