By Amendments 195 and 135 to the Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant Unit 1 and Unit 2 Technical Specifications, respectively, the NRC authorized implementation of the Revised Standard Technical Specifications. Implementation of these Specifications required additional information to be placed in the COLR (e.g., APRM simulated thermal power time constant, and new MCPR operational flexibility options). In addition, various format and presentation changes were made. In accordance with Technical Specifications Section 5.6.5.d, this letter transmits an information copy of the revised COLR for Unit 1 Cycle 16 and for Unit 2 Cycle 12.
