                            ;Coro 0perating Limits Report'(COLR).
* Attached to this letter are the Core Operating Limits Reports for Cycle 3 of ~VEGP Unit 1 and Cycle 1 of VEGP Unit 2. .The values of the reactor.                                ,
  ,                         ' physics-limits contained in these reports /are the same as thoce in effect at the time of issuance:of License Amendments 32 and 12.
