Enclosures 1 and 2 contain safeguards information regarding changes to the Diablo Canyon Power Plant Physical Security Plan (PSP). These changes to not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the PSP and are submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p).
Enclosure 1 identifies and describes the reasons for the changes.
Enclosure 2 provides the changed pages for insertion into Revision 18 of the PSP. The changed sections on each page are indicated with revision bars.
The enclosures contain safeguards information and must be protected against unauthorized disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 Sincerely,
