Gentlemen:
NRC Inspection Report 50-275/92-11 and 50-323/92-11, dated May 15, 1992, contained a Notice of Violation citing two Severity Level IV violations regarding the entry of an unauthorized individual into a vital area and c'.,mpensation for the intake access control booth door. We do not believe the first of these apparent violations is appropriite and are therefore contesting it.          PG&E's response to the Notice of Violation is enclosed.
