On June 20, 1985, Pacific Scientific Company formally notified Region V of a potential 10 CFR Part 21 problem related to pipe clamps manufactured by National Valve and Manufacturing Company (NAVCO). The Part 21 report does not affect Diablo Canyon Units 1 and 2 since no Class 1 pipe clamps manufactured by NAVC0 were purchased or utilized at Diablo Canyon.
